I agree to review all assigned award submissions and submit scores with relevant, constructive, feedback by the established deadline

I understand that I am responsible for notifying the Awards Committee immediately if I am unable to complete my assigned submissions by the deadline

I acknowledge that I must notify the Awards Committee if I am unable to fulfill the role of judge at any point during the awards process

I understand that failure to complete assigned judging responsibilities may result in a 10% penalty applied to each submission from my state
