The R. Bradley Trafton Memorial Award recognizes exceptional State Executive Officers (e.g., Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer) who demonstrated outstanding leadership, accountability, and service to their state organization. This award honors officers who supported organizational effectiveness, motivated members, strengthened operations, and exemplified the mission, vision, and values of JCI through enterprising leadership. Judges should evaluate nominees based on role effectiveness, leadership and motivation, impact on the state organization, participation and engagement, and exemplification of JCI values, as outlined in the JCI USA Awards Manual.
