What We Do

At JCI USA, our mission is to provide leadership development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change. We are part of JCI’s international network of over 100 participating countries, and we are here to support our local organizations across the United States. JCI USA is a vibrant community of leaders aged 18-40 who are dedicated to making a difference. 

As a Jaycee, you have access to resources and programming that spans across JCI’s four areas of opportunity: Individual Development, Community Impact, Business & Entrepreneurship, and International Cooperation. Whether you’re interested in improving your community through impactful projects, learning new skills, or connecting with international peers, being part of a local chapter means you’ll have support each step of the way.
