Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a worldwide organization that connects young leaders who are passionate about making a difference. As part of this network, JCI USA represents the United States and offers unique opportunities for our members to grow personally and professionally. By joining JCI USA, you become part of a global network – gaining access to international resources, training, and experiences through programs and events. The relationship between JCI and JCI USA means you’re not just impacting your local community – you’re part of a movement that’s creating positive change around the world.
Our Programs & Initiatives:
Twinning
When you join a local chapter, your network doesn’t end there – through the JCI Twinning program, you have the opportunity to create international relationships and collaborate with chapters from around the world! The JCI Twinning program connects JCI chapters from different countries and/or regions, fostering international collaboration and cultural exchange. JCI USA chapters can Twin across local chapters in the same or different states, as well as internationally.
Annual Meeting
Connect with other changemakers and help shape the direction of JCI USA! At Annual Meetings, members participate in training and workshops, celebrate the Ten Outstanding Young Americans honorees, and elect JCI USA leaders for the year to come. The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held in Virginia Beach, VA, September 9-13. Registration info to come!
World Congress
The JCI World Congress is a dynamic global event where thousands of young leaders from over 100 countries gather to connect, learn, and inspire change. With engaging workshops, networking opportunities, and cultural experiences, it’s the ultimate platform to grow your skills, make international friends, and be part of a movement shaping the future. This event’s location changes year to year – the 2026 JCI World Congress will be held in Clark, Philippines, November 11-15. The 2027 Congress will be in Nagoya, Japan, November 2-6.
Conference of America
In addition to global and national events, JCI USA participates in our regional conference. Alongside members and leaders from North, Central, and South America, the JCI Conference of America is a vibrant event that offers hands-on workshops, networking with like-minded peers, and the chance to explore new cultures with immersive activities and experiences. It’s a unique opportunity to grow, connect, and make a real impact on a global scale! This event’s location changes year to year – the 2026 JCI Conference of America will be held in Antigua & Barbuda, May 13-16. Check out our blog post for more information!
ONTO
JCI USA understands the importance of travel and in-person relationship building to our members’ personal and professional development. However, attending events like JCI World Congress and Conference of America can seem out of reach for some. ONTO was created to help address the financial challenges that may come along with travel opportunities by providing a package that includes payment plans, JCI swag, and member support throughout. The interest form for ONTO Conference of America is open for submissions now!
