Our Purpose

Leadership doesn’t only happen at conferences or behind podiums—it happens every day in chapters across the country. It happens through community projects, mentorship, bold ideas, and members stepping up to create change. The JCI USA Magazine was created to be more than a publication. It’s a national platform to connect, celebrate, and develop leaders while sharing stories that inspire action, highlight impact, and strengthen the voice of JCI USA.

Future issues will give members a front-row seat to leadership in action through chapter highlights, national program spotlights, member stories, partner features, and conversations around mental health and resilience. Aligned with the 2026 National President’s theme, Together We Build, each issue will reinforce connection, leadership, and collective impact. Every story strengthens our movement.
