Spring is a season of growth, and that’s exactly what our Spring into Growth membership campaign is about. Just like flowers in the spring, growth doesn’t happen overnight. It takes intention, care, and a little watering along the way. JCI USA exists to help individuals grow personally and professionally through connection, service, leadership opportunities, engagement, and making a positive impact in our communities.
Every member plays a role in that growth. Some people are natural recruiters and feel comfortable inviting others to join. Others contribute in different ways, by sharing their story, welcoming guests, spreading awareness, or helping create the kind of environment where people feel excited to get involved. No matter your style, everyone can help JCI USA grow! This quarter, we’re inviting every member to take part in the Spring into Growth campaign. By taking small actions that share the mission and impact of JCI USA, you’ll help strengthen your chapter and community, and you’ll also be entered into a drawing as a thank you for your efforts.
Members can earn multiple entries depending on the action they complete, and you’re welcome to participate more than once. The more you engage, the more chances you have to win. The campaign runs from April 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026.
To participate, complete any of the following actions and submit a photo or proof here:
- Recruit one new member (2 entries)
- Speak at a city council or other local government meeting about JCI USA (4 entries)
- Post about JCI USA and its impact on social media four times (1 entry)
- Complete an interview with a local radio station or newspaper highlighting JCI USA (4 entries)
- Share JCI USA’s mission and opportunities with a community group or organization (3 entries)
Just like a garden needs many hands, our chapters thrive when every member contributes in their own way. When we each help nurture JCI USA, we create space for leaders to grow, communities to flourish, and positive change to continue.
