Heather Danley
Heather Danley joined the Newberry, South Carolina Jaycees in 2003. It was not long after she joined her local chapter that she became active serving in various positions on the local and state level. In 2009, Heather served the South Carolina Jaycees as the 74th State President. In 2015, she stepped up to serve as the 79th State President, again; this time focusing on membership growth, training and activation.
Heather Danley has served on many JCI USA National Committees including training task force, strategic planning, elections, credentials, and future directions. She was appointed the 2017 Passport to Leadership Program Manager, elected as a National Vice President in 2019 and 2020 served as the Leadership Development Director.
In her various roles on the national level, she is well prepared to take the lead in 2021 as our 101st National President pushing her motto, 'The Time Is Now" for us to make history as we continue forward into our next 100 years.
Heather currently resides in Irmo, SC, with her husband, James, son, Landon (4) and Boxer, Toby. She has been employed as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant at Palmetto Smiles Dentistry for the past 17 years.
She has been honored with various awards on the local, state and national level. She is a JCI Senator (#74897) and JCI USA Ambassador (#4389).
